Whatever you need built, one team builds it.

Our core is product design, software development and cloud. Around it we also build mobile apps, SaaS products, AI features, testing and support. You deal with the same senior people throughout.

Where should you start?

Pick the line that sounds most like you.

The low-risk first step

Three ways to start.

Each is a short, fixed-price piece of work with a written report you keep, whether or not we build anything after it.

UX and workflow audit

For a product or internal tool people find slow or confusing.

You get

  • Interviews with a few real users
  • Map of the current workflow and where it breaks
  • Redesign of the most painful screen or flow
  • Prioritised list of fixes

We need Access to the product and 3 to 5 users for short calls

About 1 weekFixed price, agreed before we start

Cloud and delivery audit

For cloud bills, releases or security that worry you.

You get

  • Review of infrastructure, pipelines and access
  • Security and reliability risks, ranked
  • Cost savings with estimated amounts
  • Quick fixes applied where safe

We need Read-only access to your cloud account and repositories

About 1 weekFixed price, agreed before we start

Scope and architecture audit

For a new build, or a system that needs to grow.

You get

  • Requirements written up and agreed
  • Review of the proposed or current architecture
  • Phased delivery plan
  • Estimate for each phase

We need Your notes, any existing documents and 2 to 3 short calls

About 1 weekFixed price, agreed before we start

Questions buyers ask us

Anything else? Ask on the call. We answer plainly.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. Most clients start with one of our fixed-price audits or a short paid discovery. For a defined project you then get a written estimate with a fixed price per milestone. For a complex one, discovery comes first so the estimate is real, not a guess.

Why are you more affordable than a large agency?

We are a small senior team with no sales layer, account managers or office overheads to cover. You pay for the people doing the work, and the people doing the work are experienced.

Can you build what we need?

We are strongest in product design, software development and cloud, and we also build mobile apps, SaaS products, AI and automation, and testing. If something is outside what we do well, we say so on the first call and suggest who could help.

How do you handle our confidential information?

Under your NDA, your contract and your policies. Access is limited to the people on your project, and your material only goes into tools and services approved for it. If you have specific security requirements, we agree them before work starts.

Are the timelines on this site fixed?

No. They are typical starting points. The real timeline depends on scope, integrations and how quickly we get access and decisions from your side. You get a dated plan with the estimate.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do, once the final invoice for that milestone is paid. Code lives in your repository and runs in your cloud account from day one.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, before we see anything. We never name clients or show their work without written permission.

How do we stay in the loop?

A shared chat channel, a short written update every week and a working demo every Friday. You talk directly to the people building your software.

Which time zones do you work with?

We are in India (IST). Our working day overlaps UK afternoons and US East Coast mornings, and we schedule calls to suit you.

What if we are not happy?

Work is paid milestone by milestone, and each milestone has agreed acceptance criteria. If a milestone does not meet them, we fix it before you pay for the next one.

Not sure what you need yet?

That is normal. Tell us the problem in a few lines and we will suggest the smallest useful first step, with a fixed price.
